Program Overview
The CPR & BLS Certification course prepares students to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies. Through instructor-led, hands-on training, students gain the knowledge and confidence to provide CPR, use an AED, assist choking victims, and respond effectively until emergency medical services arrive.
This course follows current American Heart Association guidelines and is designed for healthcare professionals, childcare providers, workplace teams, first responders, fitness professionals, and anyone who wants to learn lifesaving skills.

Admission Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 if required by your policy)
- No previous CPR experience required
- Ability to participate in hands-on skills practice
- Government-issued photo ID required at check-in
- Students should wear comfortable clothing suitable for kneeling during skills practice
